Stephen R. Hasner

Stephen R. Hasner is a Georgia workers' compensation and personal injury attorney and the founder and managing partner of Hasner Law Injury & Workers' Compensation Attorneys. He represents injured workers and accident victims throughout Georgia, handling workplace injury claims, motor vehicle accident cases, and other serious personal injury matters. Stephen earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) in 1997 and has practiced workers' compensation and personal injury law for nearly three decades. Before representing injured clients, he worked on the defense side of workers' compensation law, an experience that gives him direct insight into how employers and insurance companies evaluate, investigate, and dispute claims. Stephen co-founded Georgia Injured Workers' Advocates (GIWA) and currently serves as the organization's treasurer. He also chairs the Workplace Injury Network Political Action Committee and remains active in professional organizations focused on protecting injured workers' rights. At Hasner Law, Stephen emphasizes thorough case preparation, clear client communication, and compassionate advocacy for clients pursuing medical and financial recovery after a workplace injury or accident.
