Marshall N. Dickler is the senior member of Dickler, Kahn, Slowikowski & Zavell, Ltd. Since 1977, Mr. Dickler has been actively involved in the Community Associations Institute (CAI). He has participated in national and regional conferences and conventions, taught courses, and given lectures on a variety of topics related to condominiums, homeowners associations, corporations, real estate, insurance, and tax matters. Additionally, he has served as a former director and past president of the CAI-Illinois Chapter and a former trustee of the CAI-National Association. Mr. Dickler is also an Emeritus member of the CAI Illinois Legislative Action Committee, having served eight years as a full member. Mr. Dickler is licensed to practice law in Illinois, as well as before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Appellate Court for the Seventh Circuit, and the Court of Customs and Patent Appeals. He is also a member of various professional associations including the Illinois State Bar Association, the Northwest Suburban Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, the DuPage County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
