Dayton Business Law Attorney

Finley L. Newman-James is a business law attorney providing his services to business owners and companies throughout the city of Dayton and surrounding areas. He is capable of proficiently handling a wide array of legal matters, including complex commercial issues, financial services litigation, contractual disputes, employment concerns, and business torts. Before joining the Faruki law firm, Mr. Newman-James invested time with The Ohio State Business Law Journal and in an Entrepreneurial Business Law Clinic at the Moritz College of Law. This valuable experience helped him to better develop his skillset as an attorney and advocate for his clients. Mr. Newman-James is admitted to argue cases in front of the Ohio Supreme Court and is a member of the Dayton Bar Association.
