Kylee D. Miller

Kylee D. Miller is an associate attorney at Newland & Newland, LLP, where she represents injured and disabled clients in workers’ compensation and personal injury matters throughout Illinois. A Rockford-area native, Kylee has focused on protecting injured people since law school and has experience handling arbitrations, appeals, and court proceedings before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission, Circuit Court, County Court, and the Illinois Appellate Court, Workers’ Compensation Division. Her practice includes workplace injury claims, car accidents, slip and falls, motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, and other injury-related matters. Kylee earned her J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law and her B.A. from Clarke University. She is admitted to the Illinois State Bar and is active in organizations including the Winnebago County Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Illinois Trial Lawyers’ Association, and Workers’ Compensation Lawyers’ Association.
